RAKKAN records that a source said something about a comic or an anime: the link, a hash of the page, the date and the facts it asserted. It never stores or shows pages, panels, scans, episodes or subtitles, and never links to unlicensed copies. If a page in the ledger still reproduces your work, file a notice here.
What happens
- Staff see the notice beside what the ledger holds from that page.
- If it is acted on, the page’s text and link are removed, and stay removed if a source reads it again. The ledger keeps only that a claim was made, and when.
- If it is rejected, you get the reason.
